Promoting solidarity, social cohesion, and active citizenship is one of the objectives of the Strategic Framework for EU cooperation in education and training (ET 2020). Youth plays a vital role in today societies, and so it must be enabled to act as an agent of positive social change, contributing to promoting awareness and motivation, using social dialogue through alternative ways of expression such as art and creativity, as tools to enhance social participation and social integration, especially for marginalised people, and social cohesion in EU.
